FUNDRITE CONTINGENCY FEE AGREEMENT
1. Services: FundRite will identify, prepare, and file claims on your behalf to recover surplus funds held by the county clerk following a foreclosure sale.
2. Fee: FundRite earns a contingency fee of 20% of the total surplus funds recovered. No upfront fees, no hourly charges.
3. No guarantee: FundRite does not guarantee recovery of funds. Filing a claim does not guarantee payment. The county clerk makes the final determination.
4. NC Compliance: This agreement is governed by North Carolina law. Leshley Mitchell, Principal, can be reached at lmitchell0437@gmail.com.
5. Your obligations: You confirm you are the rightful claimant and will provide documentation to support the claim upon request.
6. Termination: You may withdraw at any time before filing by notifying FundRite in writing. If FundRite has already filed, withdrawal may not be possible.
